Ideas for Challenges
We're going to be adding some new monthly challenges to Habitual Growth and its communities. The idea behind these additional challenges is to get people to take action for at least a week during the month on something new that they either want to try or get rid of. This could be things like giving up caffeine, getting to bed by a certain time, abstaining from alcohol, etc.
