🇬🇧 Now that the '26 Open is over: what were your biggest gymnastics struggles?
The Open doesn’t lie. 🏋️‍♂️ It exposes exactly where your training is solid and where your technique left you "hanging" in the middle of a WOD.
Now that the 2026 Open is over, I want to hear from you: What was your biggest roadblock this year?
Often, it’s not a lack of strength or cardio; it’s movement efficiency. I saw so many athletes losing precious time because:
  • Pull-ups or Chest-to-Bars lost their rhythm after the 8th rep.
  • Ring Muscle-ups (the ultimate "filter") remained the main obstacle to climbing the Leaderboard.
As a former gymnast, I know that the difference between a No Rep and a fluid rep is all in the details.
Comment below:
  1. Which movement gave you the biggest "headache"?
  2. What is your main gymnastics goal for the next 3 months?
I’ll be answering every comment with quick technical tips! 👇
