Misinterpreted songs???
What songs do you love that it took you forever to realize the meaning to?
Or that other people always misinterpret the meaning to?
My favorite examples are "Semi-Charmed Life" by Third Eye Blind. Which is about meth addiction, even though it sounds so happy.
An Angel by Sarah McLaughlin. It's another one that people think is sweet and ascribe all sorts of meaning to, but is about heroin overdose.
