Everybody ready for Christmas?? 🎄
On a scale from 1 to 10, how prepared are you for Christmas? 10 being you had everything purchased, wrapped, and ready to go before November ended. 1 being your Christmas Eve plans involve the mall, lines, and lots of anxiety. 😆 I'm a 3.82 🙃 Okay, more serious question now... What is the gift that you got that you are the most excited to give to somebody this year? Mine's the first comment.

I'm giving my nephew an Amplifier to go with the electric guitar I gave him at Thanksgiving. He has only had the same acoustic his parents bought him 20 plus years ago! BUT the one I am pretty excited about is the Vacuum Cleaner I bought for my wife!.....WAIT WAIT before the chauvinistic judgements come out..She really wanted the IROBOT thing! and just so I am not coming off as a total A.H! Got her the Perfume she is almost out of, slippers and the other girly stuff she likes!..LOL
New: The Target Note Solo System — first round starts Jan 12
If your solos still sound like scales and noodling instead of intentional and emotive… this system is for you. I’m accepting enrollment for the first round of The Target Note Solo System 6 weeks of step-by-step solo skill building, no guessing just progress. Kick off will be Jan 12. This is for you if: You’ve played for years but solos still feel random or you’ve avoided single-note playing because it felt confusing. By the end, you won’t guess. You’ll know exactly where to land. And your solos will finally sound intentional. This is being offered only to Guitar Gym Pro community members first. For Christmas, enrollment is open at special price through Dec 26. After that, it opens to the public at $388. Here's what's included: - 6 weeks of step-by-step solo skill building (starts Jan 12) - Me personally guiding you through how to improvise emotional solos on the spot - BONUS: 2 one-on-one sessions before we begin so you’re ready on day one - A secret bonus week only included during the Christmas special ➡️ If this sounds like it might be for you book a call with me here to go over the details: https://calendly.com/guitargympro/jakes-calendar On the call we'll talk about your experience, goals, and make sure you're a good fit for the Target Note Solo System. Either way you will leave with something actionable to work on to improve you solos! ✅ Booking a call locks in your price, and the bonus 1:1s and secrete bonus week. DM me if you can't find a time that works for you :)

@Marion Duckworth First if all thank you for posting this! Really great job on the counting! I will piggyback on @Jake Yakes said about tension, especially when strumming. As you go through the lessons try to become self aware of any tension build up. Great work and I look forward to your future videos!
