Here's the only video I have of my dad playing guitar. Pretty sure he was around my age when this was taken. He was a huge Neil Young fan and even though he wasnt the best father, I got to see his other side when he played and thats how I remember him. Man he was a heck of a guitar player

Just listened to this record last night with my wife and a good friend. It's amazing - great lyric, killer parts, and a super fun arrangement.

After seeing the awesome song @Jim Craven did for his wife; I got curious to see if I could turn one of the poems I had written for my wife for our anniversary into a song. BUT the issue I had was not knowing how I wanted it to flow..SO I know that @Jake Galambos mentioned finding songs you like and applying them to your songs..I took a little different route and used Suno to give me ideas for it. So here is my collaboration with the robot! LOL! my goal is to be able to sing and play this for our anniversary in 26' which I am fairly confident I will be able to do. A quick little back ground I met my wife at a group function that was being held at a bar and I had invited her and her friends to sit with my group. I was drinking some dark beer in a snifter and she asked what I was drinking in that "funny little glass"..

Santa brought me my first electric guitar just in time for the SLTS playthrough. The guitar is an Epiphone Les Paul Custom. It is very responsive, has lots of power, and is very comfortable to play. Merry Christmas to all of you. I’m grateful for each and everyone of you and so excited about all the progress. I’ve seen all you guys make this year in 2025. I can’t wait to see what happens next year! What Christmas tradition are you doing today or Christmas Eve tradition did you do last night? I’d love to compare and see who has the craziest.
