And before you say "not often enough", I think we should take some time to be kind to ourselves. Because it's not easy to practice when other priorities get in the way. Like family, the job, walking the dog, and a hundred other things. So whatever your answer here is, it's totally fine. I'm just curious.
For me it varies a lot. I try to get at least 2 - 3 sessions in per week even when i'm busy. And when i'm not busy i practice every day. It all depends on the season. How about you?
