My focus goal for the next 15 days is to continue doing at least 3 Tabata workouts per week! Remember to factor in that energy is still being impacted by Mercury in Pisces being retrograde, and it’s the last week of winter! There’s a heavy reflective energy going on this week as we wrap up the astrological year.
