Amazon Removing Reviews + Review Permission Issue

Hi everyone, I really need some guidance from experienced KDP publishers.

Amazon has removed most of the reviews on my current book, and on top of that, my account is now blocked from leaving reviews. As a beginner, I wasn’t aware that posting or receiving too many reviews around the same time could cause issues.

My questions:

1️⃣ What is the correct, Amazon-safe way to collect reviews for my current book now, according to KDP guidelines?

2️⃣ For Book 2, what strategy should I follow so I don’t repeat the same mistakes?

3️⃣ Since many review platforms seem risky and Amazon keeps removing reviews, what actually works long-term without putting the account at risk?

I want to do this properly and build my account safely going forward. Any advice, step-by-step strategies, or things to completely avoid would be hugely appreciated.
