實在很抱歉昨天太忙碌了！趕緊來補日記🤣

Borrowed Time: My 3 Month Retirement

Today was Thursday, which was the deadline for switching teachers. I ended up changing two of my instructors. The first was for my group class with a native speaker,the teacher is this middle-aged American guy who is always late. Plus, compared to the Filipino teachers, he really isn't that friendly, so I’ve been wanting to drop his class since day one. The second was my writing teacher. The main issue was a super heavy accent, and on top of that, the teaching style was pretty boring. Oh, and his classroom had so many ants!!! I’m really looking forward to getting my new schedule tomorrow.

After class, I headed to the gym and signed up for a membership. The walk there takes about 20 minutes, so I’ve made it a habit to grab an iced Americano or some other drink on the way. Sipping it while walking helps make the trek feel a bit less tedious and hot. The AC at the gym here is practically nonexistent 🤣, but to my surprise, it didn't smell bad or sweaty inside at all. I just hope the rainy season doesn't arrive too soon.I'm afraid it might make me too lazy to hit the gym.

The food today was absolutely delicious! Plus, I found a great cafe near the school. A cup of latte here is only 95 pesos (around 48 NTD), which is even cheaper than a convenience store latte back in Taiwan!!!
