The 11th day in Seoul
Hi, it’s Ray. Today, I went to Iksan Dong and Jong Myo(宗廟)with my Partners. I actually didn’t want to try Western food here, but the restaurant was recommended. Impressively, the food there was so special that combined Korean and Western specialty, which made cuisine so appealing and delicious! After that, we went to a cafe located in a traditional Korean house. The view was absolutely stunning, and we took lots of photos there. Then, we went to Jong Myo together. It was so holy, and I could imagine how Korean king prayed to their ancestors…… Though we didn’t notice that we walked on the road of god, and we went back to the temple to say sorry in Korean, it was still an impressive experience. Later, I will go Turkish restaurant recommended by my Turkish friends with my friends, and I’m planning to go GuangJang Market(廣藏市場)and maybe Noryangjin(鷺梁津)tomorrow, hope everything goes well~ And here are some photos!

The 8th day in Seoul
Hi, this is Ray. These days I’m busy on make slides for teaching Korean kids in libraries. It’s a little bit challenging but finally I’ve done. A good news is that I’ve been applied to be a facilitator for global village, which is an activity for AIESEC exchange partners coming to Korea to show their own culture. A bad news is that I haven’t prepare anything🤡 I am like I’m going to turn their as an elegant but cheap gallery, I think… Also, I’ve been shopping a lot, so I spent lots of money… Korean knows the core of capitalism, I promise! And I got a deep talk and traveled with my fellow partners together yesterday! They’re so nice! Okay, here are some photos!

The 10th day in Seoul
Hi , it’s Ray! Yesterday I went Hongik University ik gu for shopping, and yeh, I bought lots of albums and clothings… However, I found a Taiwanese tea shop called Wanbo in the lane, and I was like, why you’re here hahaha. And I have to say, I recommend every travelers come to Yeonnam dong, which is like Tianmu in Seoul hahaha 😂 Everything here is so high class~ Today, I went to Chung Ang Museum (中央博物館)with my partners, and it’s was tooo big… I mean, though it’s smaller than Field Museum in Chicago, I couldn’t see everything… We’re planning to go there again! By the way, My favorite ancient Korean culture is Sinna (新羅),cuz they were really good at hand crafting. That’s why Korea’s president sent Trump a golden gift from Sinna, I could totally understand it! Also, I’m in a cafe in Yeonnam Dong right now, this is my favorite place in Seoul! I like the wealthy atmosphere 😂 Tomorrow, I think I will go Turkish restaurant with my partners, cuz my Turkish friend invite us to go with her~ Also, I wanna go Jongro 3 ga (鐘路三街) and Jongmyo (宗廟), I hope everything goes well~ And also, here are some photos!

Seoul Diary 6th day
Hi, it’s Ray. This is my sixth day in Seoul. Today I head to Yeonsan station. This is a really cool area with lots of cafes, restaurants and old buildings. I feel like it’s like bigger 審計新村 in Seoul! I really love cafes here since coffee here is so cheap! However, food can be a little more expensive than that of in Taipei. In cafes, I enjoy my time and learning Korean, Japanese and English! After this, I think I will go I-park shopping mall, which is not that famous but still recommended by some Taiwanese. Maybe I’ll go to the building of Hybe hahaha, just let me think about it. And here are some photos!

@Go Sea The prices of coffee depends on what you order! If you order basic ones such as Americano or Latte, they could be very cheap, with prices lower than 100 NTD. However, if you wanna try some special, they could be as expensive as the prices in Taipei. For instance, I just ordered a cup of fruit Americano, and it cost me 6500 won, about 140 NTD, which is still a little bit cheaper than that of in Taipei!

The first week in Seoul
Yeh, it’s Ray again. I’ve been in Seoul about a week, everything goes well. I think they may arrange the work on the third, fourth and fifth week, so I still have lots of time to explore Seoul. Today, I go to Samgakji, which is also near the place I live. Though it’s raining, and it seems like the region is for workers mostly, I still feel like the atmosphere is really unique and attractive. Tonight, I’m planning to head for Sincheon, which is also a famous business area in Seoul. By the way, Sogang University, Yonsei University, Hongik University, and Ihua girl’s University are also there, may be I can visit these famous schools! For a Taiwanese, I truly feel like Seoul is like a bigger and more interesting Taipei hahaha. However, there’s more waiting for me to explore. (Don’t try to eat foreign food here. They can cost you a lot I promise!) And here are still some photos!
