Popcorn Microgreens 🍿
A weird and interesting crop!
Down the list for me to grow but I’ve had chefs by this off me before! It’s a sweet tasting plant due to the lack of chlorophyll and then a bitter taste. I’ve seen chefs use it on deserts in the US and Canada, any more information from anyone in the community I welcomed!
