My names Jack, owner of Jacks Patch I’m a Permaculture Designer from London, UK 🇬🇧 if your unsure what that means I like to describe it as building edible gardens, I’m like Willy wonka for plants. I’ve been into this since working on a permaculture farm in Australia where I discovered what farm fresh food taste like! That lead me on a journey to study more in Costa Rica and then come home to set up my own Permaculture market garden outside London supplying chefs 🧑‍🍳cafes 💪☕️and locals with rare species and heirloom organic produce 🍆🍎. I also have a shipping container which I converted into a grow room where I grow Microgreens 🌱 and mushroom! 🍄 Our climate is moderate so I’m well in tune with moderate climates but also been working in Portugal 🇵🇹as of last year which is Mediterranean 🫒 to Sub Tropical 🍍crops 2.)
