If you’re constantly reinventing your ads from scratch, you’re wasting time.
Here’s a perfect example from our ad account:
We launched a static image for Howl + Hide with a clean, direct message:
REAL LEATHER. REAL ARTISTRY.
It hit a 3.54 ROAS with an 8.11% click-to-purchase rate. Not bad at all.
So instead of overhauling the concept, we made small tweaks:
- Adjusted the callouts
- Changed the background
- Tried a different CTA
Same message, slightly different look.
The result? The variation still pulled a 3.03 ROAS with a 5.13% click-to-purchase rate on less spend.
This is why iterating on what’s working > chasing brand new ideas every time.
If you’ve got a concept pulling results, don’t kill your momentum. Test faster by doubling down on what’s proven.
