When Do I Start?
Its a fair question after the New Year. Do you come out of the gates swinging? Did you already start in December? Dry January? Mid-Jan? Feb 3? Do it alone? Join a group? Holy crepes am I too late its Jan 7th!? Ease up for a minute.
It can be overwhelming.
So here is my advice- grab a pen, sit in a nice chair with some chill music. Dim the overheads, light up a frickin candle.
  1. Write down your Big Goals first. 🗒️ ✅
Do this for each pillar of your life, so you can see a bigger landscape. Dont get caught up yet just let it flow.
2. ✍️ Then go back and get detailed about why you want these goals to happen- dig for some subsidence behind your "WHY".
3. Prioritize each goal based on a timeline and easiest things to address now. Start making a game plan for the first thing that you consider easy fruit- low hanging, within grasp. 🍎 👌
4. Establish the ones you know you'll need a coach, consult or guidance with. Start searching for the first connection you need help with. 📲 ✋
We have a lot of resources here and you'll start to see them more and more here so stay plugged in. We always tell people to make changes to your shopping list, your cabinet, your activity output. Find a good gym, commit to a nutrition plan yes, but do it whole heartedly. Sign up for some accountability. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑
