Do YOU TOUCH GRASS ⁉️🌿
Who else is into earthing (grounding)? 🌿🦶 I've always loved going barefoot as much as possible— and taking time get outside for praying alone in the grass or on the ground. Children know it intuitively: exploring outside barefoot is healthy & renewing, and science backs it up! Jesus modeled it best: His Sermon on the Mount was picnic-style in the grass (Matt 5); He prayed early mornings in secluded spots ~~ HIS MORNING HABIT (Mark 1:35); and sought solace in the Garden of Gethsemane (Luke 22:39-46). He said, "Become like little children" (Matt 18:3). So today: - Go barefoot! 🦶 - Look up at clouds ☁️ - Be spontaneous, curious, laugh, dance, create... Most importantly, listen for God's whisper in the grass: "Be well, beloved." 🙏 "Come to Me, all who are weary... and I will give you rest" (Matt 11:28-30 AMP). MOVEMENT as a habit and a " stretch break" through out the day is SO good not just for our body but our mind !! A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY !! Would anyone like to take part in a fasting challenge!! 📣 3 days…starts when you want! Our human vessels are a gift from divine creation and we should treat them that way!! Choose your fasting method: 💧 Water : only water (vitamins + minerals for support) 🍉 Fruit: fruit only, as much as you want ⏰ Intermittent: 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 hours of no eating! Pick one and try it…unless you’re already doing it…(and if you are…increase your fasting window!) 🥛 Liquid: juice (fruit or vegetable or water) no fibre I am going to do 3 days of fruit 🍉🍌🍊🥝 (nothing but fruit, as much as I want) Anyone else? 💎 Fasting is so important to give your brain the signal that you’re safe without food. It develops your will power Cleanse your body Resets your immune system Gives you more energy Deepens your connection to God/Source/Prime Creator! Share your progress, thoughts, questions with each other in the community to compare notes! This is all about getting to know your body and forming a healthy relationship with your sacred vessel!
