Dates are high in natural sugar and will keep you energised for hours, and bananas will help you with strength and recovery if you’re actively working out.
Smoothie recipe:
🤎 6 medjool dates
🍌 6 ripe bananas
🥭 2 cups frozen mango
💦 Coco water
Serving size is for 2 people. Approx total cals is 1200. If you’re making it for 1, cut down the dates and bananas to 3 or 4 each and use 1 cup frozen mango.
