I went through a full rebrand two weeks ago. New positioning. New offer. Basically rebuilt the whole thing. Still connected to what I was doing before, but way more dialed in. The reason it worked? I just listened. I was in the community every day. Reading comments. Watching what people were actually asking for. Not what I thought was cool. Not what I wanted to build. What people kept telling me they needed. So I repositioned around that. $3K in new MRR in 14 days. Your community is literally telling you what to sell. Most people just aren't paying attention. People came! It was really fun to be able to get to know some of my members better. I can't believe it hasn't even been 2 weeks since I started, but my engagement has been excellent and people seem to really enjoy the space. What a gift it is to have people be enthusiastic about interesting topics and meditating. It may be my purpose in life to help people connect to themselves and the cosmos, but they've been teaching me things as well. I am so relieved at how validating and connective it is to just talk with people who get you!! This was my first live and I am very much looking forward to the next one. ✨😇🧭💜

Yep, so I got 400+ members inside my community without having had a clear strategy and I am just about to (try to) monetize it. I guess this is a ✨win✨ but at the same time I am not happy with how engagement looks like in there.
