So I actually implemented the good stuff. I picked a theme for inside jokes and simply fun. I implemented some kind of gamification with prizes to win. I improved my onboarding process to have new members be active right from the start. I use the great CRM to track stuff. Now, I just have to get things going I guess. I decided to pick "Famous childhood TV characters and references" as the theme for my community. Now I need your help - what characters HAVE to make it on the community's cover image? Yep, so I got 400+ members inside my community without having had a clear strategy and I am just about to (try to) monetize it. I guess this is a ✨win✨ but at the same time I am not happy with how engagement looks like in there.
