If you started again from scratch?
I thought it would be interesting to see what some of you would do if you had to start your community over from scratch. Iโ€™d def be more focussed on networking from the start and less focused on building first ๐Ÿ˜‚ Iโ€™d also go straight in with a specific idea. I donโ€™t feel bad about all my mistakes. They are pretty time consuming though. Im hoping this post can help us all gain some great insights. So if you had to, or if you have already had to start again from scratch, what are the main things youโ€™re doing differently this time and why?

๐Ÿ“ How to turn 1 client into 5 (w/out more effort)
Since I have to help 69 people go on Skool full time in a year: most people get 1 winโ€ฆ and then go back to zero why? cuz they treat every client like a brand new start your first client is not just money itโ€™s: ๐Ÿ‘‰ proof ๐Ÿ‘‰ leverage ๐Ÿ‘‰ a shortcut to the next 5 so HERES the friggin breakdown: when you get someone a result you donโ€™t just celebrate you do this: ๐Ÿ‘‰ capture the win screenshot message before/after anything real because this becomes: ๐Ÿ‘‰ "i've done this before" which is 10x more powerful than: ๐Ÿ‘‰ "i think i can help" for example: instead of saying: ๐Ÿ‘‰ "i help people grow communities" you say: ๐Ÿ‘‰ "last month i helped someone get their first paying members from their community" see how that's instantly more believable? then... you go back to conversations and instead of saying: "i can help you" you say: ๐Ÿ‘‰ "i just helped someone fix this exact problem... want me to show you what we did?" that's it no convincing no long pitch just: ๐Ÿ‘‰ proof โ†’ curiosity and now your close rate goes up because you're not guessing anymore you're repeating now here's the part people skip: after a win you should immediately: ๐Ÿ‘‰ talk to 20โ€“25 more people ๐Ÿ‘‰ with that same problem ๐Ÿ‘‰ using that same proof because not everyone is ready but if 1 person got a result there are probably 20 more people who need the same thing this is how 1 turns into 5 not more effort just smarter effort same problem same solution more reps that's how you build momentum not starting over every time so if you've already helped even ONE person ur sitting on gold use it ๐Ÿ‘‡ tell me a result uve gotten for someone even if it's tiny "helped my mate get his first client" "helped someone lose 5 lbs" "helped a member make their first sale" i might pick a few and show you how i'd turn that into your next 5 clients ๐Ÿชฟ

I could have launched it last year. But Iโ€™ve been studying all of Skoolโ€™s systems And w all the Skool games winners And how to make the system work for the long run. For everyone involved. - A no-brainer offer - A tried and tested product - Massive LTV our affiliates are gonna be so fucking loaded That we all kick back while mrr rolls in.
