A DEEP but important question: Are you ALIVE?
As we look at the threshold of crossing over from 2025 to 2026 I am sharing what I read this afternoon BECAUSE for all of us that are building something - this question matters: "Productivity is a prison sentence if you are not ALIVE in what you are building." That really landed with me and revealed the truth that in all my "planning" re the Skool community I want to build...I've been playing it 'safe' and staying-in-the-lines (of the colouring book) of what I THINK I should be creating. Yet when I think ahead to 2026 and the consistency that will be required to reach the goals I've set - I don't feel alive. I feel same-samey or self-limiting in order to fit a mould I think I should fit. So - back to the drawing board for me. Am responsible for that next step now that I have this awareness. Thank goodness I realised this NOW and not half way into next year.

Not directly. But here's what most people don't realize: Your liver has two main jobs: 1. Filter waste and toxins (keeps your system clean) 2. Metabolize fat for energy (helps you lean out) When you're properly hydrated, your kidneys handle filtration on their own. Your liver is free to focus on breaking down fat. But when you're dehydrated? Your kidneys can't keep up with waste removal. So your liver has to step in and help. The problem: Your liver can't do both jobs at full capacity. While it's busy filtering waste, fat metabolism slows down—even if your diet and training are dialed in. This is why guys who "do everything right" but don't drink enough water still struggle to lean out. It's not about willpower. It's not about eating less. It's about removing the bottleneck. Here's the fix: Front-load your hydration: - 16-24oz upon waking (with a pinch of salt) - Another 16-20oz mid-morning - Taper in the evening so you're not up all night When hydration is consistent, your liver stops playing cleanup crew and gets back to burning fat. Simple test: If your afternoon energy crashes and fat loss has stalled, check your water intake first before changing anything else. Question for the group: How many of you are actually hitting consistent hydration daily? Drop a 💧 if you're on it. Drop a 🚩 if you know you're slacking.
