Since I have to help 69 people go on skool full time in a year: This is the FIRST BEEFY ONE of the how to series. Please let me know if this is too long or you want more of this! Most people donโ€™t have a niche they haveโ€ฆ โœจan identity crisisโœจ โ€œwho do i help??โ€ so they sit therethinkingresearchingwatching 69 YT videos instead of justโ€ฆ starting meanwhile someone less skilled is already making money so HERES the friggin breakdown: your niche is NOT some magical perfect decision its this: ๐Ÿ‘‰ WHO you help ๐Ÿ‘‰ WHAT problem you solve ๐Ÿ‘‰ HOW you solve it thats it not that deep (thats what she said) For example: โ€œi help gym bros who cant talk to girls get dates in 30 daysโ€ or โ€œi help skool owners stop churn using simple automationsโ€ Lets pretend u got a heart problem r u going to: - a random doctor who โ€œknows all kinds of stuffโ€or - heart specialist who does this all day? exactly so u cant be โ€œfor everyoneโ€ when you donโ€™t pick a niche: - your offer feels vague - your content feels generic - nobody feels like ur talking to them translation: ๐Ÿ‘‰ nobody cares so where does your niche ACTUALLY come from? - not trends - not copying gurus - not โ€œtop 10 niches 2026โ€ its already in your life 3 places: 1. problems you solved what did you struggle with for way too long? what finally clicked? people donโ€™t want info they want someone whoโ€™s BEEN THERE 2. stuff youโ€™ve been paid for what do people already trust you to do? what would someone recommend you for? (usually this one is hiding in plain sight btw) 3. things you enjoy yes this matters no itโ€™s not enough on its own the sweet spot is: ๐Ÿ‘‰ you like it ๐Ÿ‘‰ youโ€™re good at it ๐Ÿ‘‰ people need it quick reality check before you commit: ask this: 1. are people already aware of this problem? (if not โ†’ good luck selling it) 2. are people already paying for it? (if yes โ†’ congrats, money exists) competition = validation not your enemy final thing: your niche will probably change

I looked through my old pictures and found this....
For my 5th birthday my dad bought a SH#T ton of paint, called all my friends and said "Hey Son! I know you love to paint and stuff so here's my car and here's a cardboard house and you can paint it with ur friends" (OK It wasn't actually like that but..... probably something similar lol) But we had some Rules: - No roof painting - No tire painting (Spoiler: We broke that Rule...) - No window painting - No mirror painting And after like 12 hours we DID IT!! We painted the whole fricking car! And back then we lived in NY so we were famous kinda soon I remember driving through Manhattan in the summer when I was 12 with the song "Happy" Blaring and the windows down and people would take pictures and stuff. Anyways..... when I saw that @Goose Dunlavey was starting to paint that bus and also that picture down below... Something clicked haha. Just saying man I recommend adding a little corner for just some freedom and I am sure somethign crazy will come out of it :) After about 20 years the car started breaking down and in the end we sold it to some store or something. We were crying when that happened. But yeah! WHAT A RIDE! PS: what do you think of the car?

The mist sat low over the marsh that morning.
The mist sat low over the marsh that morning. Not thickโ€”just enough to soften the edges of things. I had gone out before first light, as was the custom. In old England, a duck hunt was not rushed. You moved with the land, not against it. Reeds whispered as I stepped through, slow and deliberate. No sudden movement. No noise beyond what already belonged there. The birds were out on the water. You could hear them before you saw them.
