This Community Mattered More Than I Expected πŸ’•
I found Skool, and not long after that, I lost my best friend. It’s been the hardest loss I’ve ever had to face. The kind that quietly shifts everything β€” how you think, how you move through the day, how you relate to the world. I actually found Skool through a Goosify advert β€” @Goose Dunlavey was the first person I saw talking about it. I didn’t know it at the time, but that moment ended up being a small turning point in a much heavier chapter of my life. I didn’t come here looking for support. But in the middle of grief, Skool, this space β€” and the wider Goosify community around it β€” became something steady. Honest conversations, real people, learning that continued even when life felt paused. So this post is simply a thank you. To Skool, to Goosify (and for letting me back in when accidentally getting myself banned πŸ˜…), and to the people who show up here as themselves. You’ve helped me keep moving through a chapter I never chose. I’m genuinely grateful I found this place when I did. @Dylan Johnson @Benjamin Ross @Clayton Dosier @Angelika Vetter

Hi there, I'm Dan
πŸ¦„ Favorite color? Sky Blue 🌈 Favorite Pokemon? Squirtle πŸ› Ur current skool challenge? Building my community to 50 people (small steps) Hey everyone, I'm Dan, my mate @Joshua Bates suggested I come and join. We are now joining forced to do the Blitz Challenge together (in conversations about our name, TBA) But first, I thought it would be rude not to introduce myself, so here is a quick rundown I have been on Skool for nearly 2 months now, and it has been a blast, meeting new people, doing podcasts, in community catch ups, it's been great. Working on making small improvements every day. I am a Nurse by trade so have a huge background in that space, but I have found making meaningful connections on here just a rewarding, hoping it can be my part time job (cause I love a chat) and help other build on their human skills. I am looking forward to the connections I will make on Goosify. Any questions let me know. Chat again soon!

πŸ“ Blame me for wingman
FIRST- a reminder: Wingman will be back online Friday morning! ull see a lot of bugs and breaks until then. and you can blame me for that one, the dev team gave me two options: 1. roll out steady (no breaks) and updates land end of feb 2. roll out fast (with breaks) and updates land in jan I opted for 2 for 2 reasons 1. i have 1 month off from the world tour + so im workin on this myself every day 2. i figured with ur help and feedback, we could get everything realigned fast January is gonna be a BIG month. and if u can be patient w me, youll have: not only some new really powerful tools for ur community at ur fingertips, but also an app for ur phone and ipad, (so you dont need to just use a lappy anymore.) but also a WHOLE series of videos that i will make myself showing you exactly how to use every piece. its a new tool, but i think when its done ull be surprised how simple it is for how much it does :) so please give me ur feedback- good and bad hope that makes sense!! im just sooper duper excited!

what's your misogi?
idk who is familiar with Jesse Itzler but he makes the Big A## Calendar and incorporates a Misogi Challenge into his yearly planning. What's a Misogi? its an annual personal goal to complete one extremely difficult, defining task that pushes your limits. When you look back at the year, you can define it and say i did this. Jesse usually does a marathon or something physically challenging, but I recently saw an interview of someone learning the piano as their misogi for the year and instantly felt I should do the same. One of my dad's favorite things in life was music and as I've gotten older I tend to be moved by really good piano. I am not any sort of musician so this will be challenging but my Misogi for 2026 is learning how to play the piano and putting on a show by the end of the year. Think I am going to start with a loog piano but if anyone has any recommendations please let me know!! Curious if anyone else practices a misogi every year or has something big they have planned this year?? and shoutout to @Rositsa Aleksandrova for contributing music and awesome piano playing to the group! definitely played a part with inspiring me to finally learn
