I'm currently at 'forgot what I was saying mid-sentence three times in one conversation' level. Started my first day at my new job yesterday and my brain is still trying to catch up. Pretty sure I looked at the same PowerPoint slide for 10 minutes without retaining a single word. Also made coffee this morning, walked away, forgot about it, made another cup, and then found the first one 2 hours later. Cold coffee for the win.
