So yeah, I just opened a free Skool community called Athletic Living Collective. The vibe is pretty simple: athletic living for busy schedules. Short workouts, mobility, strength, consistency, and a place where people actually help each other show up. But I’m gonna be honest, I’m struggling with the “early days” part 😅 I opened it, I’m posting,(just changedmy idea and the structure of the community because i got no interactions😪) but getting members + real interaction has been harder than I expected. If you’ve grown a Skool community from 0 to active…What actually moved the needle for you?

For me the Holidays especially Christmas trigger Anxiety and Complete head to toe stress..it’s been like this for years..How do you cope..any advice that doesn’t involve Self medication?
