@Adam Cieślak @Ren Tyler ova heree!! as many of you have noticed, Skool Goose, has BURST INTO FLAMES. Skool likes to spice things up, by changing their code every once in a while. idk what that means, but the dev team tells me it fucks everything up. rest assured, we're working 24/7 to fix the issues asap. and a new version will be out in ~2 days. as a side note: PLEASE DONT UNINSTALL SKOOL GOOSE. the current version isn't able to save data when you uninstall, and it'll get wiped. but rest assured, we're working as hard as we can, on an update that will fix all this.

BLITZ UPDATE 10/5/25 my Day 1
So it was tough getting myself used to eating so many calories again. I fell short in the carb department by 150g. It’s a slow build again Back/Bicep/Abs T-Bar Row 2x12 (90lbs) 2x10 (135lbs) Pull Ups 4x10 Bodyweight Barbell Row 3x12 (135lbs) Lat Pulldown 3x12 (200lbs) DB Curl 3x10 (40’s) DB Hammer Curl 3x10 (40’s) Stability Ball Crunch 4x25 Hanging Leg Raises 3x15 Pics were before I got to and and finished my arm portion.
