It's really hard to build relationships if you don't know who's showing up. As the Village Mayor of my Skool community, I've realized that community growth isn't just about getting people in the door. It's about noticing who's participating, who's quietly watching, and who might need a little encouragement to join the conversation. That's where having a system has made a huge difference for me. How are you keeping track of conversations and follow-ups inside your community? Or are you just hoping your brain remembers everything? 😅
