๐ฆฉ The biggest community-building lesson I've learned lately...
It's really hard to build relationships if you don't know who's showing up.
As the Village Mayor of my Skool community, I've realized that community growth isn't just about getting people in the door.
It's about noticing who's participating, who's quietly watching, and who might need a little encouragement to join the conversation.
That's where having a system has made a huge difference for me.
