Automatic Release Mode: Activated ๐๐ผ๐
Okay real talk Iโm such a high achieving, go go go kinda person I literally have alarms on my laptop that remind me to take breaks because Iโll forget. When Iโm all in, I go hard like many of yโall here. I love what I do, but after doing 600+ activities I am TIRED haha that energy has to go somewhere. So Iโve learned I have to automatically release as much as I possibly can. I donโt care if I look stupid, Iโll go stomp barefoot in the backyard, throw my arms up, sigh, grunt, scream into a pillow, dance around like a dork, whatever it takes ๐ Itโs gotta come OUT, if that makes sense? Otherwise it just sits there and turns into irritability or burnout. What about you? What do you do to release that high achiever energy so you can come back calm, grounded, and ready to crush it again the next day? ๐๐ฅ The weirder answers the better!
