our third New Jersey IRL event was absolutely incredible today the PEOPLE first & foremost - Skool Games Winner @Robbie Sko with his red velvet holiday blazer & trophy - came with no shortage of his awesome, genius, creative energy - Hung out w/ the amazing @Dessi Schachne for the first time since we met at the NYC IRL in Sept. & got to celebrate her community's milestone wins - Met badass boss woman @Chastity Cortijo for the first time & am so amazed by what she's doing to empower other women - Met sweet & bubbly @Nadia Quraishi for the first time & am so impressed with her FB following - can't wait to see how she uses that as a funnel to her amazing plant powered community #BlueSteel - Not pictured, but also got a surprise visit from NYC Mayor @Michael Rizk & got to chat about all of the epic things he has in the pipeline - & my partner in life & in Skool (corny lol) @Brian Rushalski of course #TaxDaddy ✅ we sipped our hot coffees & cocoas ✅ saw old Skool friends & welcomed new ones ✅ talked about wins we had in our communities ✅ talked about roadblocks we had in our communities ✅ taught @Goose Dunlavey's teachings on the power of Theme, Inside Jokes, Level 3 Optimization, Consistent Interaction, & Reducing Friction ✅learned so much from each other ✅spun the Skool wheel & won some fun prizes (s/o to @Tiffany Noel Taylor for the idea!) can't wait for the next one 🫶 p.s. - i IRL'd so hard today that I lost my flame after 82 days straight 🤣 (peep the speed we were driving home from the event in the last slide)

ONLY 2 WEEKS LEFT OF THIS YEAR.. This is not motivation. This is a BRUTAL REVIEW. Before the calendar resets, I asked myself one uncomfortable question: HOW MUCH DID I ACTUALLY PRODUCE THIS YEAR? Not intentions. Not plans. Not excuses. Only REAL OUTPUT. So I ran a brutal review across the four core DOMAINS of Life. FINANCIAL Did I create value people were willing to pay for? Did I build skills that compound into income? Or did I stay busy without leverage? PHYSICAL Did I train my body or neglect it? Did I build stamina, discipline, and energy? Or did comfort win more days than effort? SPIRITUAL Did I strengthen character and self control? Did I act with integrity when no one was watching? Or did emotions dictate my actions? WISDOM Did I truly learn or just consume information? Did I reflect, write, and extract lessons from pain? Or did I repeat the same mistakes? THE OBSTACLES This year was not clean. There were distractions. There was fatigue. There were moments of self doubt. But the truth is simple: OBSTACLES DID NOT STOP ME. MY TOLERANCE FOR DISCOMFORT DID. THE REAL QUESTION If this year were graded honestly, not emotionally: Did I operate at my true capacity? Or did I leave potential untouched? Results do not lie. They only expose. THE FINAL TWO WEEKS I am not chasing miracles. I am chasing closure. Closing gaps. Closing loops. Closing promises I made to myself. No noise. No excuses. Only focused execution. If you are reading this, do the same BRUTAL REVIEW. Not for social media. Not for validation. For yourself. Ask honestly: How much did you progress across each domain overall? What obstacles tested you this year? The plans you made at the beginning of the year, did you honor them or abandon them? Because growth is not measured by busyness. It is measured by how closely your actions matched your intentions. This review does not judge YOU. It reveals you. And what it reveals decides how you move forward.
