Who eats the frog?
... gets a virtual croissant! 🥐 For me eating the frog is by far the most difficult self-organization skill! How do you do it? What do you like about eating the frog? Inspire me please :)

Mötley Crüe, the "Primal Scream," and the blown fuse 🎸🧠
I shared this with my community today and thought it might brighten up your Sunday too... or at least give you an excuse to turn up the volume! 🎸🧠 I hope this helps you start the week with a whole different energy! Many of you know I love metal and rock... I won't go too deep into it because this would turn into a music community if I started, in fact, I’m having to contain myself right now... hahaha! But there’s a song I can't get out of my head because when you listen to it through "neuroscience lenses," it’s a total wake-up call: "Primal Scream." Nikki Sixx wasn't just making noise; he was quoting Arthur Janov (the creator of Primal Therapy) to talk about something we know all too well in this community: the cost of trying to be "perfect" in a world that doesn’t understand us. What is this song really telling us about our nervous system? - "Trash is all I'm worth": This is how years of being judged for not fitting in feel. That "tail between the legs" sensation is the result of constant invalidation. - "Mama tried to be so perfect / Now her mind's a padded cell": A brutal description of the cost of extreme masking. Trying to be "perfect" under someone else's standards ends up locking us inside our own minds. - "Blow a neurotic fuse": The famous blown fuse. When external pressure exceeds our processing capacity, the system collapses (hello, burnout/meltdown). - "I deal with my problems at my own pace": This is our flag. Dealing with life at our own pace, under our own rules, and not under the "anti-human" views of others. The reflection: Sometimes, a "Primal Scream" is the only way to unlock the truth ("Unlock a lot to truth"). Screaming, letting go, and breaking away from external expectations isn't a lack of control; it’s self-defense. Have you ever felt like your "fuse" was about to blow from trying to keep up with everyone else's pace? 🤘✨ I'll read you in the comments. Turn up the volume! Note: Dedicated to my mom, who thought I’d never get anywhere with metal and drums. Well... I became a doctor and now I’m teaching you neuroscience with Nikki Sixx! Hahaha ! 🎸🧠🔥😃

Intro - What's Up! 😊
Hey everyone! 👋 Introduction My name is Brannon (B-R-A-N-N-O-N). I’m 31 and live in Southwest Florida… although none of those were actually questions that were asked, so I digress 😅 Favorite Color Red. Easy one. 🔴 Favorite Pokémon I actually don’t have a favorite Pokémon. However… I was once married to a girl named Mew, which is a Pokémon, so that’s kind of funny. My daughter’s name is Zelda (different universe, but still nerd-adjacent). We named her after The Legend of Zelda video game series. A couple years ago for Halloween we actually did a Pokémon-themed costume: - I was a Pokémon trainer in a ridiculous pimp-style suit - My daughter was Pikachu - My ex-wife was Eevee So I guess that’s my Pokémon story and I’m sticking to it 😂 Current Skool Challenge Right now my main focus is increasing visitors to my About page. The good news: traffic has actually gone way up this past week. Some of that is coming from outside the platform, and some of it is coming from Skool itself. For example, this past Friday alone we had more visitors to the About page than I had the entire previous month combined, which is pretty awesome. The next challenge though is conversions. My conversion rate is currently… let’s just say not great 😅 From the feedback I’ve gotten, the About page itself isn’t terrible, but clearly there’s something we need to optimize, so that’s the next problem I’m working on solving. Anyway — glad to be here and looking forward to learning from everyone! 🚀

How to make the BEST OFFER for your community
Many community owners don’t know how to create a clear offer/bio that attracts members to their community. Some people only write their introduction, while others list too many outcomes. Both approaches are ineffective. Your offer should be simple, clear, and focused on one main result. Here’s the structure your community offer should follow: 1. 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 You must clearly describe one main outcome your audience wants to achieve. The more specific and exciting the result is, the more valuable your community will appear. Example: - Lose 10 kg weight - Make $10k/month - Learn modern calligraphy the fun, easy way! 2. 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗜𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝗿 Your offer should clearly communicate who the community is actually for. This helps visitors quickly understand whether the community is relevant for them or not. Example: - For coaches and creators - For beginners who want to grow on Instagram - for menopausal women to lose weight, get healthier and regain their confidence! 3. 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆 You should mention how long it typically takes to achieve the outcome. This makes the result feel more realistic and achievable. Example: - Build your first online community in 30 days - Learn the system to grow your Instagram in 60 days - Launch your first digital offer within 90 days ✅ 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮 Dream Outcome + Target Audience + Timeframe Examples: 1. [Your Community] is the fastest way to hit $1K/month with freelancing or agency work. 2. Your Soccer career starts here! Get seen, get signed and see huge improvements in as little as 90 days. 3. THE #1 community for menopausal women to lose weight, get healthier and regain their confidence in 60 days.
