I donโt mean ever lol like a vampire but a lot of us spend ages online indoors. Going outside can be incredible for productivity. Ideally we should be aiming to get 10,000 steps in each day but thatโs a couple of hours and roughly 6kmโs. Curious who here actually achieves that each day. I do only occasionally. I prefer high intensity exercise instead. Getting outdoors into the sun, moving and getting our heart beating is incredibly energy inducing and mood lifting. If you feel happier and more energetic you can be way more productive in so many ways. Do you make a point each day to go outside and what do you do out there?
