I asked community builders one simple question:
βWhatβs at least 1 simple action people are taking to grow their Skool community?β
After reviewing all responses, hereβs what became obvious.
Itβs not:
β’ Fancy funnels
β’ Viral posts
β’ Perfect branding
β’ More platforms
Itβs conversations. Ta daaa π© π.
Hereβs a snapshot of what people actually said:
βConsistent daily engagement.β
βDMs, comments, calls.β
βNetworking calls.β
βFree sessions + sales calls.β
βOutreach.β
βHelping people directly in DMs.β
βBuilding real relationships.β
βTrust turns into long-term income.β
βConversations inside and outside the community.β
βLeads are the constraint.β
βContent + outreach.β
βGive value in other groups and then run outreach engines.β
Different wording.
Same core pattern.
Community growth = repeated human conversations.
Even content only works when it leads to a conversation.
So, the conclusion I have come to which is extremely helpful for me is if you want members, talk to humans.
Not just the algorithm.
Pick one main way youβre going to do that and then do it consistently.
Thatβs your foundation. Everything else is a bonus.
