Trial and error
My Skool community has actually been doing really well. I came very close to a five-figure month from one-time payments alone, which showed me the offer works and people want it.
But I realized something was holding me back. The community wasn’t free, and the price was posted publicly. A lot of people were interested in learning more, but having to pay upfront just to get inside created too much friction. I was losing potential clients before they even got a real feel for the value.
So I decided to make the community completely free. My goal now is to get more people inside, build trust, and increase the number of people inquiring about the offer.
Side note: i got paid while inside of a Vietnamese cave πŸ˜‚ with skool you can literally make money ANYWHERE
