The Truth Seeker Era: 93,762 Words Later
Since the anti-blitz started, I figured I should share the 2025 Journal Wrapped my journaling app does as a testimony of my starting point and the growth I've been through over the last year.
Apparently I wrote 93,762 words this year… which is wild because that’s basically a full novel, except the plot is mostly me vs. my own nervous system with the occasional romantic subplot.
It also said I’m in the top 3–4% of journalers β€” which, yes, sounds impressive, but also feels like a very gentle way of saying: β€œYou had… a lot to unpack.”
My archetype was The Truth Seeker, which honestly makes sense.
If there was a hole, I dug into it.
If there was a pattern, I analyzed it.If there was a feeling, I wrote six paragraphs about it and circled back later with three more.
But underneath all the goosey chaos, there was real transformation.
I moved from people-pleasing to genuine self-trust.
From β€œis this intuition or anxiety?” to β€œmy body actually knows what it’s saying.”
From spiraling in relationships to practicing secure connection.
From sensitivity that used to overwhelm me to sensitivity that now guides my entire brand.
Sharing this feels like my small anti-blitz testimony β€” not as proof of productivity, but as a reminder that tiny, honest moments of reflection really do stack into a life that feels more like your own.
What’s one thing you learned about yourself this year that genuinely surprised you?
