Curious to know if and what supplements you take?
And do you take them because you just think itβs a good idea, recommended or youβve had blood work done and know exactly what you need?
Personally I have my blood work done every year to see and adjust from there.
I take b12, vit d, omega 3 and cycle through maca, ginko, and functional mushrooms.
