What is ONE thing you changed in your community that actually improved engagement, not likes, but real participation?

I’ll go first. I noticed people don’t engage more when there’s more content… they engage more when they feel noticed. So I started replying to people with specific feedback instead of generic “nice!” and conversations got longer instantly.
