Open discussion on current sports card markets

I am curious to hear experience out here and have open discussions on the topic. Anyone that has been in the sports card market the last 5 yrs or so either spending alot doing breaks or buying boxes or starting your own TikTok or whatnot did you make good money or mostly lose? Did you encounter rude and ruthless people out there that cared only about themselves(yes I know that's most people these days but still seems really bad in this hobby right now)

Hope this doesn't qualify as self promotion, yes my Skool is a new way into the market but I am still building the game plan for the courses so it's not quite ready
