My body Knows
Iβm building a childrenβs book series centred around nervous system literacy for 5β8 year olds called 'My Body Knows'.
It started with one book about sensory overwhelm, but itβs naturally expanding into an 8-book series exploring stimming, meltdowns, shutdown, demand anxiety, hyperfocus, boundaries and more β all through a calm, child-led narrative.
The aim isnβt behaviour correction. Itβs removing shame and helping children understand what their body is doing.
I donβt want to βjust release books.β
I want this to reach schools, therapists, SEND networks and families at scale.

Brand? Partnerships? Schools first? Pre-orders? PR? Crowdfunding? Something else? How would you go about these things....
