No huge โnew year new me goalsโ, Iโm following the KISS method and ensuring I either walk daily or do a walking workout daily in my living room (thanks to the endless rain in the UK ๐). So far Iโve stuck with it for 90% of the time, my biggest challenge is my hyper mobility and ongoing feet issues, but no pain no gain๐ถ๐ปโโ๏ธ
