I feel like I walked into a company retreat (cause of the FREE CHICKEN DINNER sign) where everyone knows each other and uses the right company lingo. Can someone explain in parking lot terms...what the hell is this place?

Im suppose to find a "blitz" buddy to get blitzed with but its about getting leads..???? What do you mean relationships? Is wingman software?? How do you create a community within a community? Is this a pyramid scheme? Do you guys do NFTs? What emoji do I use for confusion and help? 🦖⁉️
