Imagine your client tries to scam you. You helped him a lot and he got results. But then he tries to get a refund. He files a dispute to stripe. Let's say you need to refund him and you're so angry because this random asshole just scammed you.
Does that anger really serve you?
Imagine you have a sales call on that same day, how would your energy be on the call?
Pretty bad right?
But trying to surpress that anger doesn't help. When you try to ignore it, it just lasts longer.
Try reframing it.
Now imagine that guy tried to get a refund because his mom has cancer and they don't have money for the medicine. How would you feel then?
Or it's some young guy who bought your coaching with his own money but then his mom says that they don't have money for the rent and this guy wants to help his mom and tries to get a refund.
You would feel less angry
Even if it's not true, just delude yourself to believing it and you see the anger go away.
Every negative situation that spikes your cortisol just try to reframe it.
