At 2–3pm, when your soul tries leaving your body…don’t reach for sugar or caffeine!
Try this instead:
Water. At least 8oz.
Protein. My go to is beef jerky bc it's delicious.
5-minute walk. (outside > inside, but either will work)
This combo hits harder than a Red Bull and lasts longer too
