Desk Athletes Need Recovery Too
If you work at a desk, congratulations: You’re a professional sitter.
Today is Saturday (at least where I am in the world...)
Make today intentional to move, stretch, and walk. Personally, I go out for a long ruck every Saturday.
That's just a walk with weight in a backpack...
It's a workout disguised as a recovery activity.
Fixes posture, great for your spine, hips, and burns a metric shit ton of calories.
If anyone wants to join me today, toss some weight in a bag, get outside, and walk for a while.
