Hey everyone,
I wanted to share something personal about the "invisible wall." Weβve all been there staring at a lesson, feeling paralyzed while everyone else seems to be flying ahead.
Lately, Iβve realized that being "stuck" isn't about the strategy; itβs about the internal weight we carry. Sometimes we crucify ourselves over past failures or let old wounds from people who hurt our confidence keep us grounded.
Iβve decided to learn differently. Instead of pushing harder, Iβm practicing a daily ritual of forgiveness to clear the air.
I use these four phrases to reset my heart:
β’ "Iβm sorry" (Acknowledging the pain of feeling stuck).
β’ "Please forgive me" (For the times I've been my own harshest critic).
β’ "Thank you" (For the lesson this struggle is teaching me).
β’ "I love you" (Because we canβt fly if we donβt love the wings we have).
Why this is changing how I show up in this community:
1. Stopping the Self-Crucifixion: Iβm done punishing myself for not being "perfect" yet.
2. Taking Power Back: By forgiving those who hurt my confidence, they no longer have a say in my success.
3. Building Radical Trust: When the doubt is cleared, I can finally trust my own voice and trust this community to have my back.
When we forgive ourselves, we finally have the energy to love and serve others. We don't just fly; we fly together.
If youβre feeling blocked or "heavy" today, take a deep breath and try these four phrases. Letβs learn to move with grace instead of grit.
Is anyone else feeling a bit stuck in the clouds today? Drop a "β€οΈ" below and letβs clear the air together.
P.S. When reciting βIβm sorry. I love you. Please forgive me. Thank you,β please place your right hand on your heart, close your eyes, and use box breathing.
