Any leaders / people managers here?

I need a reality check: Is there an interest in a private, managers-only community where people openly share real leadership situations, politics, conflicts, and practical playbooks you can’t discuss with your team or your boss?

I’m validating an idea based on nearly two decades in corporate environments (half of that managing people) across multiple countries. Leaders I've managed or spoken to had issues with imposter syndrome, fear of being disliked, and isolation, among others. You can’t vent down – to protect the morale of the team, and can’t vent up – not to look incompetent.

I have recently left the corporate world, but I do miss the mentoring part. So, I’m thinking of creating a space where we can discuss these things without an HR filter.

What do you think? Would a community like this be valuable to you?
