Anti-Blitz
This fall I decided to alternate walking with weight training and have a break day. It’s been going well, until this week. After several days of poor sleep, had a hard time pushing myself. I should be getting back on track next week.
My challenge is completely removing refined sugar from my diet. Eating fruit helps but definitely not always. Any tips or tricks?
