Just ripped a huge toke of sativa cuz I like to clear my head before I go to the gym but itβs been a while since Iβve smoked lol
Iβll get a lot of anxiety for like 30 minute then Iβll feel pretty good β¦..
Pushing myself without wanting to burnout but I havenβt exercised in like 1-2 weeks
So I know my performance is lagging cuz of that
Gonna do some cardio and legs once I chill out
Get racing thoughts and feel a little overwhelmed when I smoke sometimes and a fast heartbeat
But Iβve been thru this before it will pass just drink some water and get hydrated β¦.
