A Little Lonely / Anxious - Going To The Gym
Just ripped a huge toke of sativa cuz I like to clear my head before I go to the gym but it’s been a while since I’ve smoked lol
I’ll get a lot of anxiety for like 30 minute then I’ll feel pretty good …..
Pushing myself without wanting to burnout but I haven’t exercised in like 1-2 weeks
So I know my performance is lagging cuz of that
Gonna do some cardio and legs once I chill out
Get racing thoughts and feel a little overwhelmed when I smoke sometimes and a fast heartbeat
But I’ve been thru this before it will pass just drink some water and get hydrated ….
