Most business owners describe themselves the way they think about their business. Google cares about how customers search for it.
Don't just say plumber. Say boiler repair in London. Don't just say electrician. Say emergency electrician in Austin.
Then build that local proof everywhere. Your photos, your reviews, your content, your areas served.
Google Maps only cares about one thing, local intent. So your profile needs to be specific about who you serve, where you serve them, and what problem you solve.
The more specific you are, the more relevant Google sees you as. And relevance is what gets you into the top 3.
