For years, I’ve encouraged you all to upload useful, eye-catching photos to your Google Business Profiles. Well, now there’s an awesome update that makes this even more valuable!
Google is now showing how many times each photo and video has been viewed by customers.
This means you can finally see which images are actually grabbing attention and which ones might need a refresh.
Why is this so cool?
- You get real feedback on what your customers find attractive or useful.
- You can upload more of what works (and less of what doesn’t).
- The more positive signals you send, the better your chances of ranking higher in search!
How to check your photo views:
- Go to your Google Business Profile.
- Click on the “Photos” section.
- Each photo and video now shows its own view count right in the gallery!
