Product rejected at the time of GMC set up

When I created my GMC, 1 out of 5 products thai i put in my store was disapproved immediately. When I try to fix the issue with the disapproved product, Google says there is no action required. Actually other 4 products are approved , can I launch the PMax campaign right away, or do I need to wait until the disapproved product is approved as well before launching the campaign? In the case they don't approve it what i need to do?
