Google Ad Account Creation and Payment Setup

I have two approved GMC accounts for different countries, but I haven't created the corresponding Google Ads accounts yet. Wanted advice on setting up new Google Ads accounts for them. Also, can I use the same credit card that I’m currently using for other Google Ads accounts? Will there be any issues or risks associated with using the same credit card across multiple ad accounts?
